Yesterday when I tried astral projection I tried to peek on several D3 developer's mind through my third eye. At the end of the sequence I woke up in my bed soaked wet in tears of joy and sweat, they noticed my presence but I got new patch notes from their mind.
Since they noticed it, probably they'll change or make fine tunes on that small notes or completely delay it. Anyway, that's what I see:
*Listening to the community we're adding more penalty to the deaths. At the first try we will attempt to penalize the player by cutting their current level experience by 10% everytime they die in the PTR.
*We're decreasing the damage of the mobs in Inferno with no monster power by 10%.
*We're adding a new affix; Account Bound. Account Bound rolled items cannot be sold to vendors.
*Decreasing the multiplayer monster health multiplier to 50% from 70%.
*We want Monks to play as an evader and leave the role of the absorber tank to the Barbarians so we completely remove "One With Everything" in the PTR to watch player choices.
*Fixed a bug about Barbarian's Threatening Shout dropping less gold.
*We actually aware that Wizard's are capable of dealing damage and staying alive with the usage of Critical Mass, we wanted build diversity so we blended it with Evocation passive.
*<What was the Diablo's least played class input here>, Gargantuan base hp is increased; because we know everyone loved the new Homunculus.
*Demon Hunter's sentry guns now require essences to build. Reduced the count of possible Sentry Gun built to one but made it upgradeable via Custom Engineering passive.
*Now Resplendent Chests, require a key to open. You can buy a single key from Blizzard store via credit card or with your Blizzard account balance.
*All uber monsters now have Arcane Sentry ability at Monster Power 5 and above.
